As our mission states, “the \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan class=\"a-text-italic\"\u003eJournal of Piano Research\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003e fills the need for a high-quality source of research articles … that will advance professional practice and scholarship.”\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThe articles in this second issue of \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cem\u003e\u003cspan class=\"a-text-italic\"\u003eJournal of Piano Research\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/em\u003e\u003cspan\u003e are truly international in scope, with the research having been conducted by pianist-researchers in Australia, China, and the United States. Many of the findings will resonate with pianists regardless of where they teach and perform.
